i have a 1994 50 hp evinrude there are no leaks on power trim motor or ram. the motor on trim runs. it is slow to trim up with out a little help (w/hand) it trims down some times bouncey some times leaks down slow. no fluid showing. and some times holds in place to run engine. is it possible to...
