    Over loaded Boat

    How much is to much? Ever loaded your boat with tons of gear, coolers, and people and been worried it was over loaded?

    Extra fuel in Gas cans

    where do you carry extra fuel in 5 gal cans? Inside the boat or on the swim platform? I would like to take 10-20 gallons of extra fuel in 5 gal cans. I think the swim platform would work best for me. What do you do? any safety issues?

    Mercruiser 140 lifter ticking how to replace.

    I have a lifter ticking on a 1973 slickcraft ss-235 with twin mercruiser 140 4 cylinder engines. It is a stern drive. The engine block has a side plate that can be removed. I was told the lifter can be replaced when the side plate is removed. Anyone have instructions or done this before?
