I have a 1990 omc 2.3. I have checked and i am getting water to the motor from the outdrive. I pulled the thermostat out to make sure it wasnt sticking. I am at a loss. I can start the boat it will run fine under 2000 rpm. as soon as i throttle up it starts getting hot. i can pull the hose off...
