    Cover oil plug stripped threads

    Seems the oil dipstick threads in the cover have stripped. The cover is part number 21136720 with an approx. cost of $200. Question, anyone else have stripped the threads? seems mine were always a little suspect and using a eyebolt threaded into the cover to remove the drive, per instructions...

    Volvo Sx DuoProp trim gauge

    Have a 1997 Cobalt and the trim gage will not read full down only moves about half way of the gauge (just got the boat). I removed the sending unit and turned it and still would only read half on the guage. Appears the boat has this black box with 3 LEDs lit (pic attached) and wondering if...
