I purchased a 86 Bayliner Capri with a Force 125 on it last summer. After Changing the plugs, cleaning the fuel tank, and rebuilding the carbs, I still cannot get the engine to go above 2500 RPM's. I have tried everything I now to do. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated...
