    please help 25 HP merc no spark on 1 cyl

    Hi guys here is the question of the year: whats wrong???? I start on the water - only 1 cyl runing, go for about 15 min - the second cyl will kick in - it is a spark issue as I tested...., as soon the 2nd will kick inn the boat rides beautifully, no problems all day, you can start, stop etc it...

    2987 merc 25 hp want start

    Hi all, I ask for the help, I have a 25 hp merc build in 1987, run exccelent, did not even needed to crank it once over to start - 4 years ago - yes that is how long I was boating last.... now it will not start, took it apart looked all over looks like no spark on any cyl, i do not know how to...
