I am having problems out of my 70 horse outboard engine.The bottom cylinder is missing it is firing/running somewhat on this cylinder but not as good as the top cylinder.What is the oil fuel ratio, the owners manual says 50:1 w/use of tohatsu oil but with the use of any other oil it recomends...
