    Weeping float bowl 150 V6 60 deg Looper

    Rebuilding carbs on 1994 150 V6 69 deg Looper, got one side done, pressured up w/ fuel bulb... Noticed fuel weeping out of small brass insert (bb) located on bottom of the float bowl casing..is this normal?? Or perhaps a JB weld solution is in order....the brass piece is +/- 1/16" in diameter...

    Charging Question???

    I have a 2 battery system, 12v DC batteries wired in parallel w/ std perko switch...so I have a charger on battery#1, if I switch the perko to the "All" position, it makes sense to me that both batteries will be recieving a trickle charge.....any ideas on this, or reasons I shouldn't do this...

    Digging the guts out of a gearcase off a 60deg V6 150, not original, has one piece (modified horribly) drive shaft, non tabbed, 4-5/8" bigger gearcase. So was able to remove bearing carrier w/ improvised puller and heat, then those cursed snap rings w/ some modified heavy long needlenose...

    How hard is it to replace the water pickup screens on an OMC gearcase?? 150 HP V6 Looks like you get to them thru the driveshaft/impellor on the top...looks like a pain... I've got one manked up and keep drawing in crud when I'm in the shallows chasing bait. Tips appreciated
