    Need to know how the shiift shaft comes loose took the 5 bolts off of lower end and need to know where the shaft splits?? Help!! Thanks

    Impeller replacement

    Getting ready to replace my water pump and haven't done one on this boat yet. Done one on a 85 johnson. And a few on a 15 johnson. Hoping it is more like the 15hp, any procautions to keep in mind? It is a 92 40hp

    My 92 johnson 40 hp oil injection acts up at the worse times. I get a continuous horn and than the horn will stop. Thinking about disconnecting it until I can have it checked out. Or is there a maintinance I can do on it. I haven't had the boat to long and the the guy I got it from didn't do...
