    I have a 99 Sea Ray 19' Some times the control panel is on even though no one touched it. Causing battery drain between uses.     Would anyone know what year a Delhi 14ft John Boat (Aluminum frame) would be with the hull number of 13976? I know around 1972 they made the standard HIC number 12 digits, but how do you find out boat manufacture year before that time? Mrs. Rogue427
