    2000,115 Mercury, Hard to start?

    The last 2 years my motor has gotten harder and harder to start. I usually have to choke it and crank until it backfires than I have to give it throttle to start. Once it is started if it does not die it runs good. Occasionaly I find the bulb empty. It takes 4-5 pumps than it may stay hard...
