I am having stalling problems with my motor when I shift. It also stalls sometimes at idle. I am idling at 800rpms and other than this issue the motor runs great. Is this a timing related issue or could it possibly be because I'm using 87 octane fuel?
My Selock Shop Maunal does not have the idle adjustment screw numbered. It says #1 on the list but there is no #1 on the diagram. The adjustment screw that I "assume" to be the idle adjustment screw does not seem to adjust the idle. Can anyone link me to or send me a diagram so I can double...
My motor is giving me fits and i need some new ideas.
When it's in the water it keeps cutting out at idle. When the boat is out of the water and hooked up to the hose it idles fine. I put in new plugs gapped at .30 but it idles better with a larger gap even on the hose. Any thoughts????
