I have 1991 Evinrude 30 outboard runs smmothly at low rpms...but when I accelerate, it bogs-out and sputters until I let off throttle. It will then run again smoothly.....any suggestions? Let me know if I left out anything important that may assist in your diagnosis... Really need advice...Thank...
