    Hello, While on the lake the other day, I noticed a rattle coming from the fly wheel. After getting it home, I pulled the recoil. When I pulled it off, their was a "washer like" peice on top of the fly wheel. I was thinking this sheered off from the recoil. Is this correct ? If so what is it's...
