I have a 1996 115 h.p. Merc. Yesterday, a continuous alarm went off and wont stop. Its getting plenty of water through it and the heads are staying cool. I checked the oil pump, and oil is dripping out of it at steady pace. Should it be getting more than a steady drip through it? Faulty...
