40hp Merc classic 2 stroke 4 cylender <br />starts like a charm in fast idle but will not idle down enough to put moter in gear. I have changed the gas, tried carb cleaner changed the plugs,gleaned the gas filter,tried pumping the prim to keep it running to no success.<br />any ideas....... :(...
