I just bought a 1996 Bayliner Jazz has good compression and starts great but will only run 33mph. With my wife and I in it she has to walk forward to get the boat to plane out once it's on plane it will then accelerate up to 33mph and nothing more. Im fairly mechanical and don't hear it reving...
