1985 Force 85hp outboard not trimming up. Trim motor, lower unit, lines all replaced. Doesn't drift down while holding itself up. Have bled the lines a few times and while bleeding open trim motor has correct rev/sound but stalls out as soon as line is tightened. Suggestions? More bleeding or...
