I have a 1992 Mariner 9.9 and last year I had the carb worked on because it would not start. Once fixed, the engine cranked right up. I did not get to use after that one crank and the boat sat up for a year. Now, it will not crank. I put new gas and got it to crank for 4 seconds after cleaning...
