My boat has a 1985-1987 90 HP Mercury 2 Stroke outboard on it with quicksilver throttle control. This past weekend the throttle control bound up and I could not put it in reverse or drive... so, i pulled the control off from the boat and got it freed up and working good except the center neutral...
