Working through some issues with my new to me project boat. And swapping out the ignition switch located inside the distributor and have a newbie question as I am at my experience limit. But first the particulars.

1994 Crownline 182 project boat.... steering cable is all but seized. I have it unfastened at both ends, but cannot fish it out of the "chase" that it is in.
