    61 Evinrude 40 HP Running Hot

    I finally get my electical system figured out and the first time back on the lake I run approx 5 min close to full throttle and the "engine overheating" light comes on. I cut it off for a few min and then rode back in at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle with no problems. Any ideas? My prop is pretty banged...

    Lark III not getting gas? Help

    I've recently had my 40 HP 61 Evinrude Lark III tuned up(new plugs, seals, lines, and belt). On my third trip out I gave it gas quick and it started to get up and then just idled as if in neutral. It will now idle at low speeds but if I give it more gas it just revs up with no acceleration...
