I have a hydraulic assist manual trim / tilt for my outboard. I would like to convert the outboard with a power trim / tilt unit. Can someone tell me exactly what parts do I need to make this conversion? Serial number for the outboard is 1C027044.

My boat started to peel away from the knee braces and I took the transom bolt plate off to investigate. Needless to say, I discovered that the previous owner had did a really poor job in trying to repair the damage...
