    Plugging old motor mount holes in transom?

    I am swapping outboards on my boat with an outboard that has a different bolt pattern. What is a good way to plug the old holes? I can't have bolt heads in the way as they will be under the new outboard. These are probably 3/8" holes. Thanks in advance!
