On a 2000 Johnson 25 hp, I cannot get the boat to gain speed and plane out.
Iv'e taken the carb off cleaned, soaked, blew out with high pressure hose, and rebuilt. (confident the carb is totally cleaned)
When in neutral it will rev up to high rpms. when in gear, and at WOT it won't get much...
