    Im replacing my base gasket on a 90 Hp ocean pro due to water in my lower port cylinder. i was just told by a friend that the power head base gasket cant cause my issue. ive already replaced the head gaskets and compression is120 in all cylinders. can a base gasket cause this issue and if so how?
