    91 150hp running half speed at wot

    Took it out and ran at wot for about 10 minutes then all of a sudden rpms dropped to 2500 @ wot. Running rough at idle. Just changed plugs and ran it for 5 minutes and 2 lower port side plugs already look burnt. Any insight? Too lean? Bad fuel? Carbs?

    alarm at steady 4000+rpm on supposed '91 150 rude

    I had a rebuilt installed. They told me it was a '91 evinrude 150. Can't find any s/n plate. While running at a steady 4000-4500 rpm an alarm goes off. I've been watching the temp gauge while running and it starts to rise from about 100/110 (normal operating temp) to 140 and the alarm goes off...

    1984 Evinrude 175

    I am looking into a 1984 evinrude 175 and was told that it smoked and at least one cylinder had 60psi compression. What are the probable causes and possible solutions to this dilemma?
