I have a mid 90's mdl 115 hrse evenrude that I got from my dad on a 88 Boston whaler ... Great combo but ... The tilt trim has been acting up lately . And sat it finally stuck in the up position at the ramp ..
I used the bypass screw to bleed it off , and can raise it fine, just won't lower...
