I have a 1994 115 evinrude. At about 3200 rpm a constant alarm sounds. From what i read it sounds like over heat. Hav repair shop install new water pump and still no change. Everything seems to run fine even when alarm sounds but don't want to hurt engine. If I thrittle back just below 3200...
