I took my boat out of storage a week ago and started it, it ran a little rough (like it needed a tune up) but ran at 600rpm or so IDLE... I changed the plugs wires cap and rotor and now it runs at 4K always! any Ideas? (I already physically forced the linkages to make sure they werent stuck...
