    1998 115 2 Stroke Electrical Problem

    I have a 1993 Sea Cat with twin 115 mercs. I dont have port tach or fuel reading when the port ignition is turned on. I removed the GRAY wire from the tach and fuel gage and the voltage reads NEGATIVE 10.5 volts. When the key is off it reads around .1 volts. I have a merc manual with diagrams...
