    Need to order new water pump for my motor. they ask if it is a 15 or 20 inch transom. I have 15" at the outter edge and 20" close to the center. which measurement do I use?

    Today when I was running my motor in a tub I nnoticed that there was no water coming out of the hose from the head. Is this a problem?
