    Have 2 Mercury 6 cyl (just the powerheads) 70's thru the 80's how do I identify them?

    I have a powerhead that was given to me, that the previous owner couldn't remember what year or horsepower it was, and I have another engine that I bought that had the powerhead changed and supposedly its a 200hp.. Are there markings on these powerheads that would give me the year and horsepower...
