I ran my 2002 mercury 2 stoke 115 hp engine until it had no oil at all. In retrospect the alarm that kept sounding under the dash should have alerted me. Did I seaze the engine? Ive added oil and it does not even try to turn over. Got any advise? when it died, it just stalled out a few...
