Is it possible, to back flush a 5.7 Volvo penta thru the exhaust, i have flushed all the lines but i still can't find one piece of the raw water pump impellar, and it is too big of a piece to go thru on its own. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
On my 2001 four winns 254 funship with a 5.7gsi Volvo penta., i was getting an audible alarm so i changed the raw water pump impelled. The impelled was missing a couple of vanes. Put in new impeller but i am still getting the alarm after if runs a little while.. any suggestions?
