greetings can anyone give me some advice on my issue with my four winns 1990 deck boat with OMC 4.3 motor
1) it will not start after we went tubing after I turn the engine off after the 4th time, it back fired
2) check battery fully charged
3) took out spark plugs engine will not turn over
4)...
