I Bought this 90 250ES with the motor still in the crate, It was a 454 stroked to a 496 and was a full roller motor. I bolted on all the externals from the previous motor put it in, put on the freshly rebuilt outdrive and primed the motor and timed it. idle to 2000 rpm it runs fine, over 2000...
