Hi, I have a 1995 9.9 mercury outboard 2 stroke motor. Yesterday i had to take apart the lower unit so i could replace the impeller. I got it all put back together and took it out on the lake today. Ran great except for when i shift it in to neutral. When in neutral I can hear the lower unit...
