1993 Mercury 75hp - oil injected....hasn't been on the water in 2 yrs. Started fine ran well at idle and half throttle...dies at higher throttle... I'm sure it's a fuel carburetor issue but how do I begin to troubleshoot? Are there some things that I should do before ripping off the carburetor...
