    1985 2hp model e2rcoc engine cover removal

    I have an old 1985 2p engine and i can't get the engine cover off. I don't have the manual but it looks like the screw on the top of the engine cover is the one to take off. I can't get the screw undone. it is pretty rusted. I pput luberication on it over night and still can't seem to get it...
