I just picked up a Kawsaki SXR jet ski that has some spray painted race numbers on it. I was wondering if there was a checmichal or process that would remove it but not hurt the fiberglass or white gelcoat?

Well we have taken the new boat out two times and it has ran great. We did notice that the oil was overfilled by about a quart so i was just going to change the oil anyways on it. Does overfilling it hurt the motor or seals? What is the best way to change oil on these? It looks real tight...
