I have a buddy with a mid 70s 70 or 75 h evinrude that will not perform well on the water! in nuetral the motor will run and rev up great but when in gear it dies while giving it throttle but you can eccell and spray brake cleaner into the carbs and it takes off fine but dies when the stuff...
