    Adding sink to bathroom?

    looking at a ‘77 Harbor Master 40’ houseboat. Photos don’t show if it has a bathroom sink. It does have a picture showing shower and toilet. What’s the possibility it was built without a bathroom sink and if it was how hard is it to install one?
