    Steering isues 2001 Bayliner Capri 1950

    I have on my 2001 Bayliner Capri 1950 a 4.3 l Mercruiser. Steering is so hard I don't think the hydraulic pump is working at all. Any idea how to troubleshoot step by step. This is my first boat and I have owned it for one week now. Thanks !
