I have a 96 48 hp evenrude. It has always took spells were after running for awhileit would stall out when giving it throttle.Have had carbs rebuilt, power pack , wires plugs ,fuel hose and bulb. problem is getting more often. Yon can pump up fuel bulb and it picks up rpms.?????Any help out there?
