    Carb problem....I think.

    I have a 1990 Evinrude 48 SPL and I just rebuilt the carbs and the fuel pump. To give a little back ground, the boat sat for about 5 years. I did those two things right from the get go. When I start it up it fires right up and runs for about 8-10 seconds and dies. Sometimes I can keep it running...
