    I just bought a 1986 cuddy cabin with a 140hp mercruiser. I took the boat out for the first time and it very hard to steer. Also, it dies when put in reverse. Any suggestions? When the motor in running, should I see any fluid moving in the power steering pump? Thanks!

    power steering

    I have a 1986 140 i just purchased. My first I/O when I started it noticed a leak it was oil cooler replaced put power steering fluid in and started motor. I was wondering if you take fill cap off with motor running should i see fluid moving in res?

    2000 200 johnson looper

    changed reeds put new seals in lower unit installed water pump. after all that i lost 15mpr and 1200 rpms any clues. thanks
