    Plug Issue

    69 johnson 2 stroke. I checked plugs, one is white the other is oily black...what should i think of this?

    69 johnson 9.5 won't start

    i had it in the water, it fired up, ran for a few seconds, some white smoke(not much more than normal) than stalled out. It started 2 more times just like the first, then nothing. It wont start now. I replaced spark plugs, gas tank and fuel hoses. Any ideas?? thank you
