Hi, the previous owner neglected this boat and motor. when i bought it and inspected it it had water in # 3 and is rusty throughout. the engine oil even has water in it. i used trans fluid in it to try to free it up but got nothing. i tried turning the motor over with a pry bar but still cannot...
