    2001 250 vmax down 1500rpm's & slugish

    hello got a 2001 250 vmax and its developed a fault where it wont rev past 4500revs trimed out and 4000 revs trimed in. Also its got no guts when trying to get the boat on the plane? Have put all new fuel filters in, had all the float/fuel pump resevoir apart and cleaned and checked, cleaned...
